Ordering
How ONT GOVT places orders under the Master Agreement.
The ONT GOVT issues Purchase Orders to Nightingale Corp., in care of the Nightingale-authorized dealer. Each PO must show the chair model number, fabric/colour selected, net price, freight charge, and installation charge as separate line items.
Nightingale produces, ships, and invoices for goods, freight, and installation — and carries the receivable through to collection.

Freight & Installation
Freight and installation,

Both freight and installation appear as separate line items on every Purchase Order, so government buyers see exactly what they’re paying for at every stage.
Freight
Prepaid and charge.
Freight delivery charges are based on prepaid-and-charge and listed as a separate line item on the Purchase Order.
Installation
Quoted on an order-by-order basis.
Installation charges are quoted per order and listed as a separate line item on the Purchase Order.
Delivery and installation are carried out during normal working hours — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
