Contract Details for Government Buyers

  • All city agency purchase orders should be issued to Nightingale Corp.
  • Nightingale will ship the order direct to the appointed local dealer who will deliver and install the order.
  • Nightingale will invoice the city agency directly. Nightingale will accept city issued purchasing cards for payment.
  • Only product listed in the Nightingale USA Price Book dated April 2022 applies to this contract.
  • Inside Delivery Fee included in cost of product unless elevators are not provided or delivery is to be made outside normal working hours.
  • Nightingale may provide additional discounts subject to volume size of order.
