General

1. This is to summarize the details of the above contract for the State of South Dakota.

2. As of May 1^st, 2024, items offered are found in the Nightingale USA Price Book Dated October 2022

3. This contract is valid until April 30, 2025 inclusive.

Contract Details for Government Buyers

1. All State purchase orders should be issued to Nightingale Corp OR care of the local Nightingale Authorized Dealer.

2. Nightingale will ship the order direct to the ordering agency (providing they have a shipping dock) or direct to the local dealer who will deliver and install the order.

3. Nightingale or the Dealer will invoice the state agency directly dependent on to whom the PO was issued.

4. Only product listed in the Nightingale USA Price Book Dated October 2022 applies to this contract.

5. Freight terms:

a. FOB Prepaid No charge to destination Dock to Dock

6. The discount to the State will be from the List Price by Category as listed below:

a. Seating & Healthcare: $100-$4,999 - Dock Delivery 50% off List Price; or Inside /Installation 45% off

$5,000-$49,000- Dock Delivery 53% off List Price; or Inside /Installation 48% off

$50,000-$99,000 – Dock Delivery 55% off List Price; Inside/Installation 50% off
