General
This is to summarize the details of the above contract for the City of New York Contract.
1. As of October 2022, items offered are found in the Nightingale Price Book dated April 2022.
2. This contract is valid until November 30, 2024.
Contract Details for Government Buyers
1. All city agency purchase orders should be issued to Nightingale Corp.
2. Nightingale will ship the order direct to the appointed local dealer who will deliver and install the order.
3. Nightingale will invoice the city agency directly. Nightingale will accept city issued purchasing cards for payment.
4. Only product listed in the Nightingale USA Price Book dated April 2022 applies to this contract.
5. Inside Delivery Fee included in cost of product unless elevators are not provided or delivery is to be made outside normal working hours.
6. The discount to all city agencies will be List Price as listed below:
6. 65%: Task, Conference, Executive Management, Lounge, Specialty Seating, Lounge, Stacking and Guest Seating.
7. Nightingale may provide additional discounts subject to volume size of order.
