General

 

  1. This is to summarize the details of the above contract for the State of Georgia.  
  2. As of April 8th, 2024, items offered are found in the Nightingale USA Price Book Dated October 2022.
  3. This contract is valid until April 8th, 2026.

 

Government Buyers

 

  1. All State purchase orders should be issued to Nightingale care of the local Nightingale authorized dealer.
  2. Nightingale will ship the order direct to the ordering agency (providing they have a shipping dock) or direct tothe local dealer who deliver and install the order.
  3. Nightingale will invoice the state agency directly. Nightingale will accept state purchasing cards for payment.
  4. Only product listed in the Nightingale USA Price Book Dated October 2022 applies to this contract.

 

  1. The discount to the State will be List Price by Product Line By Category, as listed below:
    1. 50%: C23 Seating, Armless Chairs, Low Back Chairs, Side Chairs and Stools.  
    2. Nightingale will offer a 5% discount on List Price for orders more than $ 100,000.00.

    2. Installation 45% off Price List
