Kansas State Contract

State of Kansas Furniture Contract # 54998 issued to Nightingale Corp.

General

1.       This is to summarize the details of the Furniture Contract for the State of Kansas with Nightingale Corp. 

2.       Effective January 1^st 2024, items offered are found in the Nightingale USA Price Book Dated October 2022.

3.       This contract is valid until December 31, 2028.

Government Buyers

1.       All State purchase orders should be issued to Nightingale Corporation.

2.       Nightingale will ship the order direct to the ordering agency (providing they have a shipping dock) or direct to the local dealer who deliver and install the order.

3.       Nightingale will invoice the state agency directly. Nightingale will accept state purchasing cards for payment

4.       Only product listed in the Nightingale USA Price Book Dated October 2022 applies to this contract

5.       Installation Fee (invoiced as a separate line item):

a.       Inside delivery fee/Installation Cost is 5% of Net cost of Purchase Order. 

6.       Freight terms:

a.       Minimum order value is $250.00 for FOB Destination, dock to dock delivery.

7.       The discount to the State will be List Price by Product Line by Category, as listed below:

a.       50%: Off List price Task, Conference, Executive Management

b.       40% Off List Price on Lounge, Guest Seating, Stacking, Side Seating
