  1. This is to summarize the details of the above contract for the State of Mississippi.
  2. As of July 1st 2023, items offered are found in the Nightingale USA Price Book Dated October 2022
  3. This contract is valid until June 30th 2024.

Contract Details for Government Buyers

  1. All State purchase orders should be issued to Nightingale direct OR “Care of” the localNightingale authorized dealer.
  2. Nightingale will ship the order direct to the ordering agency (providing they have a shipping dock) or direct to the local dealer who deliver and install the order.
  3. Nightingale will invoice the state agency directly. Nightingale will accept state purchasing cards for payment
  4. Only products listed in the Nightingale USA Price Book Dated October 2022 apply to thiscontract
  5. Freight terms:
    1. Minimum order value is $250.00 for FOB Destination, dock to dock delivery.
    2. FOB destination Dock to Dock.
  6. The discount to the State will be List Price by Category, as listed below:
    1. 55% off List price on all catalogue items listed in our Price Book shipped dock to dock. 
    2. 50% off List Price on All Catalogue items in our Price Shipped dock to dock delivery and INSTALLED.
