State of Pennsylvania Contract #4400016602 issued to Nightingale Corp.

General

  1. This is to summarize the details of the above contract for the State of Pennsylvania Contract.
  2. As of May 01, 2018, items offered are found in the Nightingale USA Price Book Dated April 3rd 2017
  3. This contract is valid until April 30, 2019.

Contract Details for Government buyers

  1. All State purchase order should be issued to Nightingale care of the local Nightingale authorized dealer.
  2. Nightingale will ship the order direct to the ordering agency (providing they have a shipping dock) or direct to the local dealer who deliver and install the other.
  3. Nightingale will invoice the state agency directly. Nightingale will accept state purchasing cards for payment
  4. Only product listed in the Nightingale USA Price Book Dated April 3rd2017 applies to this contract
    • Delivery: Due to the varying locations and circumstances involved in deliveries and installations, all deliveries and installations will be quoted on a job by job basis by the local dealer.
  5. The discount to the State will be List Price by Product Line By Category, as listed below:
    • For Seating, Ergonomic Furniture, Lounge and meeting room furniture; Discount is 50%
