All State purchase orders are issued to Nightingale care of the local Nightingale Authorized Dealer. Nightingale ships orders directly to the ordering agency where a shipping dock is available, or directly to the local dealer who delivers and installs the order.
Nightingale invoices the state agency directly and accepts state purchasing cards for payment of small orders.

Arkansas.
TIPS member procurement under Contract # 200301 — CONUS dock-to-dock freight, 15 business day shipment.
Government Buyers
Ordering, freight, and lead time.
All TIPS member purchase orders can be sent to TIPS for processing (c/o Nightingale Authorized Dealer) or directly to the Nightingale Authorized Dealer.
Freight is prepaid no charge, dock-to-dock, only within the CONUS. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are FOB West Coast, dockside only.
Inside delivery costs will not exceed 10% of PO value. Shipment will be within 15 business days of receipt of order.
