This page summarizes the MHEC contract issued to Nightingale Corp. (Contract # MC12-C07). Items offered are found in the Nightingale USA Price Book — 2019 (effective as of January 1, 2021).
The contract is valid through July 31, 2024.
Ordering Procedures
How MHEC members place and receive orders.
All MHEC purchase orders are issued to Nightingale directly, in care of the local Nightingale-authorized dealer.
Nightingale ships orders directly to the ordering agency (where a shipping dock is available), or directly to the local dealer who delivers and installs the order for an additional charge per the installation rates.
Nightingale invoices the MHEC member directly and accepts MHEC purchasing cards for payment.

Applies to all orders against the 2019 USA Price Book (effective January 1, 2021).

Volume tier for orders above ten thousand.
Triggered when the cumulative order value exceeds $10,000 on a single purchase order.
Over $50,000

Top tier for orders above fifty thousand.
Triggered when the cumulative order value exceeds $50,000 on a single purchase order.
