Government Buyers
Ordering, fulfillment, payment, and delivery terms.
All State purchase orders should be issued to Nightingale care of the local Nightingale authorized dealer. Nightingale will ship the order directly to the ordering agency (providing they have a shipping dock) or direct to the local dealer who delivers and installs the order.
Nightingale will invoice the state agency directly. Nightingale will accept state purchasing cards for payment.
Inside Delivery Fee — invoiced as a separate line item — will be 7% (taken from net price) for the metropolitan NYC area, and 7% (taken from net price) for all other areas.
Freight terms: minimum order value is $250.00 for FOB Destination, dock‑to‑dock delivery.

Nightingale will invoice the state agency directly and will accept state purchasing cards for payment. Inside Delivery Fee is 7% (taken from net price) for metropolitan NYC and 7% (taken from net price) for all other areas.

Dealer Commission will be 10% payable to the dealer.

Additional discount on List Price for orders above $100,000.
Layered on top of the 65% standard discount when the cumulative order value exceeds one hundred thousand dollars on a single purchase order.
