Supply Arrangement – Workspaces-Category 6

General

1.  This is to summarize the details of the above noted Supply Arrangement.

 

2.  Term of Contract April 24th 2019 – April 23rd 2029. Items offered on this Supply Arrangement are the Trullo, Stratford, Emily, Danforth, NXO, Stephanie, Stool and Butterfly by specific model numbers as noted below.

 

3.  There is a Nightingale Price for this SA and it will be referred to as Ceiling Price.

 

4.  The standard finishes available for all products are Grade 1 fabrics and Grade 1 Vinyls. There are numerous colors to choose from for each category. These fabrics/vinyls have 100% recycled content as mandated by PWGSC. For color selection, please refer to the Nightingale web site at www.nightingalechairs.com/textiles.

 

5.  The federal government uses a specific Purchase Order form to place orders under the Supply Arrangement. The Purchase Order is made out to Nightingale Corp., in care of the Nightingale Authorized Dealer listed on the SA, and must show the item model number, fabric color selected, net price, freight charge and the installation charge as a separate line items.

 

7.  Freight delivery charges are based on being prepaid and charge dock to dock and are to be listed as a separate line item on the purchase order.

 

8.  Installation charges are to be quoted on an order by order basis and listed as a separate line item on the purchase order.

 

9.  Nightingale will produce, ship and invoice for the goods, freight and installation charges, carry the receivable, collect payment.  Payment by Credit card is accepted.
